DO I NEED TO INCLUDE ALL OF MY DEBTS?
YES.
All debts must be included.
Can I Keep One Credit Card?
If you have a credit card that does not have a balance, it is not a debt, so you do not have to list it. But, even with a zero balance, a credit card company will generally close an account after a bankruptcy filing. (You will receive new credit card offers after your discharge.)
What about money I intend to pay back?
All debts must be included. You should contact the person you intend to pay before you file - but after you talk to me!
Note: Bankruptcy does not prevent you from paying debts, it just prevents people from trying to collect an old debt, or suing you.
